Who we are looking for


We are seeking a dedicated Quality Executive who will oversee all the aspects of Advent’s total quality function. A person who will be responsible to develop and direct quality policies, standards and programs desigend to drive continuous improvements of organizational process, products and services.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for timely analysis of under test samples giving timely results.

  • Handling knowledge of UV, HPLC, GC, IR and wet analysis.

  • Knowledge of calibration, standard preparation, standardization and relevant documentation.

  • Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and other Quality system into department as per GMP & ISO guidelines.

  • Coordination with production for quality related issues and clarification.

  • Ensure compliance of all time readiness.


Job Requirements


  • The candidate should have a bachelors/ masters degree in Chemistry

  • The candidate should 2-3 years experience in handling instruments like GC/HPLC/IR etc.



Sr. R&D Scientist Exp : 8-10 Years

Who we are looking for


We are looking for a Sr. R&D Scientist who will conduct studies, test hypotheses, create new methods, perfect new technology and develop a better understanding of their specialization.


Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of the development of new products as per requirement and resolution of procedural problems for timely completion of research objectives

  • Handling multi-step synthesis along with other equipment used for small scale and bulk scale synthesis

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines in the lab and in the maintenance and usage of equipment 

  • Monitor progress of the reactions by using standard methods.

  • Hands-on expertise in Column chromatography for isolation of pharma impurities and Intermediates

  • Developing and implementing experimental procedures for carrying out analysis of products

  • Develop and produce cost-effective, non-infringing, safe and eco-friendly technologies for the synthesis of complex and small molecules.

  • Managing the entire product development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development and testing activities.

  • Ensuring the implementation of the developed process when the process goes for scale up or commercialization with available resources and infrastructure

  • Guiding a team of 2-3 scientists, assigning projects and monitoring the progress of the projects



Job Requirements


  • The candidate should have a masters degree in Organic Chemistry.

  • The candidate should have at least 8 years of experience

  • The candidate should posses prior work experience in R&D department

We are seeking a dedicated R&D Executive (Organic Synthesis) who will oversee all the aspects of Advent’s total quality function. A person who will be responsible to develop and direct quality policies, standards and programs desigend to drive continuous improvements of organizational process, products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Develop & Optimize synthetic routes for APIs impurities, intermediates, and peptides as WS.
  • Peptide Synthesis is & scale-up experience.
  • Conduct literature research (SciFinder, patents) for synthesis of assigned molecule.
  • Handle moisture-sensitive & complex organic reactions (alkylation, oxidation, reduction, cyclization, etc.).
  • Utilize advanced purification techniques (Flash or Manual chromatography, crystallization, extractions).
  • Analyse structures using NMR, Mass, IR, GC, HPLC.

Key Responsibilities

 

  •          Involving into backend sales activities of Advent Chembio Pvt Ltd.
  •         Selling of imported Drug impurities, API, Metabolites to the pharmaceutical industries and to the other sectors in both International and Domestic market
  •          Involving into sales and marketing of Fine Chemicals, specialty chemicals, intermediates, bulk products both International and Domestic market
  •          Generating leads from customers, preparing and sending quotations, negotiation with customer for conversion.
  •          Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
  •          Maintaining and updating customer databases.
  •          Supporting the director and other colleagues as and when required.
  •          Sending of enquiries to existing vendors, getting multiple quotation, Comparison of different vendor quotation and finalising the one after discussing with Superiors.
  •          Coordination with CHA or Freight Forwarder for getting quotation and pre and post activities related to exports.

Qualifications

 

  •          Candidates must be B.Pharm, M.Sc. organic chemistry, MBA would be an added advantages
  •          Experience: Min. 2 years of experience with relevant profile.
  •          Should have advance excel skills along with AI
  •          Typing Speed should be more than 30WPM
